I work in IT professionally — technology has always been central to what I do. I've spent years solving complex tech problems and supporting systems that can't afford to go down. Your content, design, and everything on your website belongs to you. As part of the monthly plan, we manage the domain and hosting on your behalf — one less thing on your plate. If you ever want to take full ownership and move to your own accounts, we make that transition straightforward.
How much does it cost?
Every plan starts with a $500 one-time setup fee which includes your website build and the first 3 months of support. After that, monthly plans start at $150/month for web presence and go up to $1,000/month for full IT and compliance support. Bigger one-time projects like Windows migrations or camera systems are scoped and quoted individually — no surprises before any work begins.
Do I have to sign a long contract?
No. You can go month to month with no long-term commitment. If you prefer an annual plan, we offer a small discount for paying upfront. Either way, there's no pressure and no fine print.
How long does a website take to build?
Most small business websites are live within 1–2 weeks from our first conversation. The biggest factor is how quickly we can connect and get your content together — we make that process as simple as possible.
Do I need to know anything about tech?
Not at all. That's the whole point. You run your business — we handle the tech. If something needs your input, we'll explain it in plain English. No technical background required.
What if something breaks or goes wrong?
You call or message us and we fix it — that's what the monthly support is for. Retainer clients get priority response. We don't disappear after launch.
